Wasted journey. Drove 45 mins, When we arrived a man came out of the sales office, walked past us to his car, ignored us and drove off! Went to sales office thinking someone else must be there but he had locked up, ignorant, bizarre behaviour and bad customer service. Waste of time anyway as all 3 cars we went to view weren’t there anyway! But we wanted to look at another but sales guy just left without acknowledging us, mustn’t need the custom 👍🏻

I bought a 2014 120d from Merit Motors in Nov 2023 and could not be happier with the car. It was exactly as advertised and Harry even offered to collect me from the train station as I was travelling up from South Wales. Harry answered all questions about the car honestly and fully and the car was accurately priced, exactly as advertised and fully valeted and mot'd ahead of my arrival. I found dealing with Merit Motors to be a relaxing experience and Harry was helpful and professional throughout and happily adjusted the price down to allow for an mot advisory. I would definitely buy from Merit Motors again.

Fantastic service. I bought a 2015 Range Rover sport, the car was as described and perfectly presented. They gave me a good price for my part exchange and made the whole experience a nice one.It’s obvious that Harry is in the business for the long term and it’s all about reputation before profit. You can trust this garage and if you have a problem they will sort it straight away as they did for me.
