I recently bought a car from Merit Motors, and Danny was the one who helped me through the process. He did a brilliant job—professional, friendly, and very attentive. He even offered me a coffee while I was there, which was a nice touch. Overall, very good service and a very nice experience. Highly recommend!

Poor does not seem interested in customer service never replied and when i eventually got hold of them told a pack of lies said with a customer and could I ring the other number which l did I never got a reply makes you wonder what after service they give it would be a zero star if you could give that

Although dealer is pleasant and was very helpful pre-sale, they failed to supply the parcel shelf after multiple assurances, gave a 500 mile warranty after offering a 1000 mile warranty, didn’t send in log book and stamped service log without carrying out oil & filter change. In total this has cost me an additional £200. Despite several attempts to call and text to resolve this issue over last few weeks, and a couple of empty promises, nothing has been resolved which is a shame as would have left 5 stars otherwise.

Avoid this dealer. I purchased a car from them last year and later discovered that they gave me a second key that belongs to a completely different vehicle. I've been trying to resolve this for over two months. After my first two calls, they saved my number and have since ignored all my attempts to contact them. I'm confident this is intentional, as I tried calling from a different number and they picked up immediately. This is a minor issue that should have been resolved quickly, yet they’ve treated it with complete disregard—imagine how they might handle something more serious. Thankfully, the previous owner clearly took good care of the car, or this experience could have been far worse.

Bought a great car at a great price last week from this company. Had a really good buying experience, no pressure, plenty of opportunity to look over the car for as long as we wanted and a test drive where ever we wanted to go.
